We use the media rendition media view field and "recto" and "verso" for manuscript leaves, or other detached pages from books. "Obverse" and "reverse" are the terms used for coins.

How does your institution deal with objects that have different "works of art" on each side? A page from a sketchbook that has a horse on one side and a landscape of Rome on the other?

Intellectual children?
Components?
Single record with multiple titles?

If intellectual children or components, how do you number them?

a & b?
r & v?
Do you spell out xxx.x Recto and xxx.x Verso?

What do you do when there are two different sketches on the same side?
