Dear colleagues,

In TMS, when creating outgoing loan agreements (and maybe some other reports – I haven’t checked all the reports yet) the “Lender” information is hard coded into the crystal report.
It was hard coded to input our last registrar’s name and her contact information rather than pulling the relevant information from the Constituents module.
As of Monday, our assistant registrar hard coded the new registrar’s information into the crystal report so it’s up to date. However, that means that all Outgoing loan agreement reports generated now (even past/closed loans) will have the new registrar’s information.

Is it possible to have the Lender’s information can be pulled from the Constituent module so if we have to change information, we don’t have to go into the crystal reports? Can anyone advise?

Kind regards,
Ghazaleh
