Hi Madeline,

You can grant or deny these rights on the hierarchy branch for exhibition venue location xrefs - the folder in the hierarchy highlighted in this screenshot:

The exhibition Venues Xrefs level above this branch would be for the venue record, while this one would be for the cross-reference between the venue and locations.

Subject: Removing Exhibition Locations

Hello TMS People,

Does anyone know where in the Security Group Maintenance you can grant permissions to delete/remove the Locations assigned to an exhibition venue (on an Exhibition record)? At the moment my users have permissions to add and edit, but not delete. I'm getting mixed up in the security group maintenance between this and granting permissions to remove an exhibition venue - which I don't want to do.

Any help would be appreciated!
