I also had the same problem.  I tried redoing the thumbnail, deleting that
and the main image file and redoing both, reattaching to the object file and
none of those worked.  The only way I got it to work was to actually delete
the object file itself and reenter it.  By NO means the best way to do this,
but it was the only solution I was able to find.  I would love to hear if
anyone else has solved this issue in any other way.

  Good day TMS experts.

  I'm experiencing a peculiar situation, and wonder if anyone has
encountered the same...

  We have thumbnails that do not appear in the light box, but the same
thumbnail appears in all other views (list view, list with images, data
entry, label copy).

  I've tried everything from updating the thumbnail in the media module, to
completely recreating a new media file and thumbnail. There seems nothing
different/incorrect in the media file or thumbnail, but I must be
overlooking something. This seems like such an elementary issue, but I'm
stumped. Can anyone offer a suggestion?
