Hi, Grace:

Have you found the Search and Replace feature yet?

You need to have Functional Security rights to Search and Replace to access it. If you do, from an Object record, go to Maintenance -> Database -> Search and Replace. If you scroll down the list, you'll find Objects Medium. You have a choice of updating all records or just the current selection.

Hope that helps,

Karen

Subject: Replace Field Contents

Greetings,

There's something that can help me to complete my task faster than making one by one, for example I have those objects that are all the same medium, I can replace the field contents in all the selection or I just can make it one by one.

Thanks you all for your help,
