Hi everyone,

I recently learned about the Parent-Intellectual Child association and how it can be used for manuscripts with inseparable paintings. I was told that the record created for such relationship is not an actual physical record (and this is why the icon showing the record is a grey vase as opposed to a coloured one) and it is more like a “ghost” record.

I have created one Parent-Intellectual Child record for one of our manuscripts, and to make sure, it is not adding to the physical number of the objects is our collection, I did a query, but unfortunately, it is showing up on the list as added object!

Is there any way to have them not shown up in the final list of objects in our collection and to have them really as “ghost” records?

Thank you,
Ghazaleh
