Struggling with this one at the end of day Friday, hoping the experts can help.

We have a Lawrence Weiner work in the collection, the medium is language. We record the location for the paper template for the letters/language, but not sure how to record the silkscreen lettering of the installation, it's destroyed after the exhibition.  One thought was to create a component and record the location and when off view, Time based media, no location.

Any and all advice welcome.
