Subject: Reports for Indemnity applications
Morning -
We are embarking on our first application for indemnity since converting to TMS, and I was wondering if anyone had reports related to indemnity applications that they would be willing to share. The TMS canned reports seem thin in this area.
In particular, I am looking for:
(1) list grid report with the object description, lender, and lender and third-party valuations
(2) One page object reports with image, object information, value, and condition notes.
I would love to know if someone has already designed reports that confirm to these indemnity application requirements, before I go about trying to reinvent them.
