Dear all,

We've just upgraded to TMS2014, and on the Windows10 machines, the Fact Sheet is not working. In fact, when a user tries to use Fact Sheet, TMS shuts down. This is also the case when the user right-clicks on the image in the object record, opens in an external view, and then tries to print from there.

I realize that there are compatability issues with TMS2014 and Windows10, but I've done what was recommended in the Gallery Systems document (using the correct ODBC designation), and it still doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for your attention,

Christine
