Hello everyone.

I only heard from two people so I will have OCIO eliminate this listserv.

Enjoy the long weekend!

Susan

Hi everyone - The book has been claimed.

In the process of sending the earlier email, I found that many members of this listserv are no longer at SI. While looking into how to remove them and myself from the group, I learned from OCIO that listservs will eventually be transitioned to another format; in the case of internal SI listservs, the format will be internal distribution lists. OCIO does ask that distribution lists have a POC to add people to the list, although through the Service Desk individuals can apparently request to be removed from the list directly. Since this listserv has been used so rarely, I am wondering if there is any interest in keeping it. I imagine that many of you working with XRF regularly simply contact one another directly.

If you are interested in keeping an XRF users' group, please let me know by next Wednesday, January 10, and I will have this listserv converted to a distribution list. Also, let me know if you'd be willing to serve as POC.

If you are not interested in being on such a list, let me know that by next Wednesday and I will *try* to remove your name during the transition process. You can also request to be removed from the list through Service Center under "Active Directory Distribution." Select the 'modify' request type and asked to have your name removed.

Susan
