Hi All,

While working on inscription information on some of our object records
I have noticed something unusual. It seems that we originally started
out with about 6500 records which contained information in the
inscription field. When I performed a search through advanced query by
"inscription" = * it returned 6522 records. However, after I started
to modify some of the records they no longer seem searchable for some
reason as they no long come up when I perform the same search. During
my work, I would perform the same search to call up what I thought
would be the same group of records, however, the number of records
returned gradually became less and less. To date, we now can call up
only 6277 records with information in the inscription field.

Has anyone else experienced this as well? Perhaps there is some sort
of maintenance I should be performing in order to update/index the new
data in this field.

Thanks in advance for any suggestion or ideas anyone may have!

Many thanks,
Karen
