How to Submit an Abstract

The online abstract submission portal is now open. The submission portal and guidelines are accessible here:www.conservation-us.org/abstracts<http://www.conservation-us.org/abstracts>. When you have logged into the portal, choose "abstract submissions," which include both talks and posters.

TSG/WAG/RATS will follow the AIC system, which allows authors to prioritize their application to participate in one of the three session types: All-Attendee (General), Specialty Group, or Poster. If you would like to submit an abstract to the TSG/WAG joint session, the TSG/RATS joint session, or the TSG session you must select each separate category when you submit your abstract.

The submission deadline for paper abstracts is Friday, September 15, 2017 11:59 PM EDT. Abstracts should be 500 words maximum. In the case of multiple authors, please list all authors and include an email address for each author.

Please note that TSG will produce postprints from the sessions and the joint specialty sessions. To be included in the postprints, final submissions are due July 1, 2018.

Full submission guidelines are available on the AIC website (under Annual Meeting, Call for Submissions).https://www.conservation-us.org/annual-meeting/call-for-submissions#.WXti3oTyvct
