Hi Amanda,

You can search the Objects table for LoginID to find out who created the record. (And 'EnteredDate' for when it was created. 'Created By' is an aggregation of these two fields.) You may need to add that field to your query method/group of choice in the Configuration Manager. The fields can also be added to list views for quick review of content creators.

Best wishes,
Frances

Subject: Searching "Created by"

Dear all,

I am having trouble figuring out how I can search TMS by the "Created by" field in the objects module under the "Other" tab. Does anyone have some insight on how to do this? I am trying to determine how many records were created by an individual staff member through their account. Perhaps there is another way of going about this that I am not familiar with?

Any and all advice is much appreciated.

Thank you,

Amanda
