Are you filtering on MediaXrefs where TableID = 108?

The MediaXrefs table uses the combination of the ID and the TableID to identify which images are associated with which records. The combination of the ID = ObjectID and TableID = 108 will connect to object images, and ID = ReferenceID and TableID = 143 will connect to Bibliography records. Since ReferenceID and ObjectID are both auto-incremented starting at 1, if the first object added to the system and the first bibliography added to the system both had media, there would be two MediaXrefs with ID = 1, therefore you have to filter on the TableID to differentiate.

I hope this helps. ~Chad

The David Collection now use a “journalization” program that pulls some information from TMS. Most times it works very well, but we have a problem with one photo. In TMS the photo is correct, but in “Kosmos” (journalization program) it shows a book front that is used in TMS Bibliogtraphy. The lion has redition no. R.2005-10, while the book is R.2011-73.

According to our “Kosmos” people, the problem is that there are two photos in TMS for the lion and it takes the first one; however when looking at the lion in TMS, there is only one photo.

Anybody who can help?

Best,
Mette
