Further to Christine's email, whether or not the underlying column name appears in the inline help text alos depends upon a configuration setting: Manage --> Configurations, then browse down the tree via System --> Field-SpecificHelp:DisplayColumnName:

If you need to find the name for the field in order to query it or add to a report, you can position the cursor in the field and click Shift + F1.

In the advanced query Location field group it's called "Temporary Text." Took me forever to figure that one out too!

Subject: how to search for location remarks field

Hi all,

Do any of you know in which group the Remarks field in the Location tab is located? I'm trying to run a query on our matting info and I've searched the entire Field Group dropdown menu and Help topics without success.

Thanks,
Janette
