Subject: deaccessioning on TMS

Hello,

can you help with a query about adding Deaccession records on to TMS? We
want to import details of deaccessioned objects to TMS which are currently
on Excel spread sheets. We will probably name them D and add their current
deaccession number but we also want to include objects that are already
catalogue that we are considering deaccessioning but we don't want to
change their catalogue number yet. Is there a way to do this other than
copying the catalogued records and duplicating them in the deaccession
records?

All suggestions gratefully received!

Regards

Sally
