We'd really like to start using the group information field in TMS but
have some questions about how to implement it. How many institutions use
the group information (parent-child relationships) to link portfolios
records? If you do, do you create virtual records? What number do you
give the virtual record? If don't create virtual objects, what record do
you use as the parent? We've thought about using the portfolio box as
the parent record but there are some drawbacks to that approach.

 

Any thoughts or words of wisdom would be appreciated.
