Attached are the guidelines our curatorial staff have agreed upon. One document shows how to enter the data, the other are style guidelines. Provenance data on our web site is currently static, but will come from data in the near future.

Hi All,
I am wondering what format you are using to enter provenance. Some
curators here are following the AAM Guide to Provenance Research
format, with slight variation. For institutions that are posting
provenance on their websites, is this information being retrieved for
your websites directly from TMS or from another database (perhaps with
links to to TMS)? If not directly from TMS, is the information being
entered into TMS as well?

Thank you!
