I enter the condition reports in the conservation survey; although I haven't
written any special reports for it. I'm not that happy with the exisiting
report.

Good Afternoon TMS Users,
I am wondering how other institutions are having registrars enter
their condition notes for outward loans/special exhibitions in TMS. We
are using the Conservation Survey and I have designed two variations of
a report which includes object, exhibition, loan and shipping
information (one runs in the Objects Module, one is in Shipping). Is
anyone else using the Conservation Survey for this purpose? If not,
where are you entering this information? Any information you can share
will be helpful. Thanks! Stephanie
