Jennie,
Check the TextEntryHTML field values. There is only one HTML tag for
underline <u>, but <b> and <i> were both replaced by <strong> and <em> (for
emphasis). It could be that one system is using <b|i|u>, whereas the other
system is using <strong|em|u>.
I know this isn't an answer, but it may help in find the cause...
