Hi Carrie, I spoke to Gallery Systems last year about this problem and they told me it is a bug that will be fixed for the next version of TMS. So unfortunately this tool does not work right now. Have you tried doing the search differently? Maybe through the Query Assistant? I hope you can find a solution until this problem is fixed! Tania M.
