Hi Julie -

We always keep husbands and wives as separate constituent records in TMS
and add their spouse's name in the Remarks field (regardless of whether
or not they share the same last name). For receipts and reports, when
we need to add a second name, we export the report in Rich Text Exact
Format and type the second name in. It works for us, but I'm sure there
are other alternatives.

Ella

Subject: TMS multiple names

hi
We have numerous cases where a husband and wife have separate last
names.
How do you put them into the Constituent module of TMS? I can put them
in
as separate individuals, but then I only need to send one letter or one
loan
form with both names on it. Is anyone putting both names into one field
in
constituents?

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks,
Julie Thies
