Hi Sue,
Do you use the Form Designer? How about pulling in one of the checkbox
fields from the Form Designer for this use?

Subject: Tracking objects on view with gallery alarms
Hi everyone,
Does anyone else out there have the need to track objects on view that
have alarms in the galleries? If so, where do you put this information
in TMS? We can't use a Status Flag unless there is a way to make that
one particular flag viewable only by a particular security group. (Any
comments about that?)
Thanks for any advice or ideas you might have.
Sue
